The online course package combines, Real Estate Principles course, Real Estate Practice course, and your choice of an Appraisal, Finance, or Legal Aspects course. All the courses you need to meet your prelicense educational requirements. You also get our online Cram course which is designed to help you focus on the essential information most likely to be tested on the state exam and includes hundreds of sample exam questions.

We hire:
  • 60/40 Commission Split, if newly licensed or non-experienced agent
  • 80/20 Commission Split, if you are experienced and a high producer agent
  • Free Online Marketing Tools provided
  • A personal website for $200 per year (Optional)
  • Transaction Coordinator available at additional expense to you
  • You will pay E&O insurance for each transaction you will close
  • Getting paid at the same day your escrow is closed
  • No desk, office or monthly fees, and work anywhere you like (ie Home, Starbucks, etc)
